Chhichhore Winning National Award Is A Tight Slap To Those Who Criticised Sushant Singh Rajput
The 67th National Film Awards, which were delayed due to corona, were announced recently. Sushant Singh Rajput's Chhichhore won Best Hindi Film. It is sad that the talented actor is not here with us to celebrate but it is indeed a tight slap to those who criticised the actor. The actor allegedly died by suicide last year after which there was an outrage all over the country. It was being said that some of the biggest film producers banned him.
Chhichhore producer Sajid Nadiadwala dedicated this win to Sushant. His spokeperson told TOI, "On behalf of NGE, I dedicate this extremely prestigious award to Sushant Singh Rajput. We can’t get over his loss ever but I sincerely pray that this award gives a little bit of happiness to his family and fans which includes me. And I am tremendously grateful to Nitesh Tiwari for giving us all this very special movie."
Sushant's death mystery is still unsolved. He was last seen in Dil Bechara with Sanjana Sanghi. The movie wasthe Hindi remake of The Fault In our Stars.
Kangana Ranaut won her fourth National Award For Manikarnika and Panga. The actress thanked everybody for their support.
